Vatic Pro

Having the luxury to receive this paddle before its drop date gave me ample time to test, tune and get a feel for the TOUR. Initial thoughts: A stiffer ride than the PRO with plenty of face dwell time due to evergrit enhancement. More pop and slightly more power reminiscent of the fully thermoformed OG V7 that put Vatic on the map. Coming off of the V-Sol PRO I found the TOUR to be not as forgiving, however, after a bit of adjustment and time, the TOUR settled right in and shined in the soft game similar to the PRO as it should being a foam core. I use the BLOOM shape for its NVZ swing weight so power is subjective as with all traditional wide bodies but it was absolutely there when called upon. The spin retention is right up their with other top tier paddles and only time will tell how it holds up, however, for under $100 (10BOOSTPB) you will not find another brand that plays like like Vatic even at some of the highest price points. Hard game or soft, the TOUR can play it. Note: I tried adding weight across the board from neck-tip on the BLOOM and found the neck to be perfect for me keeping the paddle quick and balanced. Find your sweet spot!

More power than the V-Sol Pro, more pop, balance point seems slightly closer to the handle for faster hands, amazing spin. Somehow easier to control the soft game due to the enhanced spin despite being more powerful overall. The elongated version also has tons of plowthrough. The one I received was 8.2 oz but somehow it feels lighter than my V-Sol Pro. I like this elongated shape more too. Vatic has really done an amazing job with the Tour.

I’m really impressed with this paddle. The balance between power and control feels just right. It’s very smooth for dinking, and the rough surface gives excellent spin when you need it. The sweet spot is also surprisingly wide, which makes it very forgiving. Overall, it feels great in hand and performs really well. Definitely one of the best paddles I’ve used!

Ive played each new paddle since the original flash and each new one is better than the last. But this is the first paddle that has the rest of my group considering switching from the expensive paddles. The spin and power are awesome and they somehow added more pop without losing any touch. This is the real deal way to go Vatic Pro

Just when you thought the V-Sol couldn’t be any better, Vatic puts out the Tour with EverGrit!! This paddle plays exceptionally well. As do the other V-Sol paddles. I have them all. This EverGrit allows you to generate amazing topspin. Great paddle, great company. Get one or two today!!!

I can't believe how far paddles have come. The Tour at $100 feels like a $200+ paddle. It plays stock really well. You won't be disappointed.

Great paddle with terrific pop and power!

Just got my Saga 14mm Flash and I love it …. I started with Vatic pro 14mm (loved it) then to step up in paddle went to Honolulu JTi 16mm ( loved it) but I missed my Vatic and was reading about the Saga … I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PADDLE …. Spin is great and power is just enough for me ( I’m a strong hitter wasn’t looking for power paddle) the only adjustment is a little more effort for my sinks😏… great paddle especially for price

I ordered the LH model. Been using it for a couple of weeks and I like the ability for top spin. The extra reach is nice as well. I added Wilson over grip tape to the handle and.6 gram lead tape to each side which improves the twist. Seems to be just as good as a Boomstick at 1/3 the price. I’ll just have to wait and see on the longevity.
