Our Return Policy

Vatic Pro is a small business, so we take time to ensure that each paddle shipped out is of the best quality and ready for use. Customer service is vital to us. However, we understand that issues occur, and there is no one best paddle for everyone.

Each customer will have 30 calendar days from the day of delivery to return an item. All items must be new/unused and contain all original packaging (including plastic wrap) and accessories to receive full credit. Items not in a resalable condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any paddles that are determined to be unacceptable will not be eligible for a return.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. If approved, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.


Our products come with a 180-day warranty from the original purchase date.  Any issues that are determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect will be covered by Vatic Pro - that means we'll send you a replacement paddle, free of charge.

It does not cover damage through improper usage, normal play usage, negligence, abuse, or accidents.  It does not cover theft or loss of items.  It also does not cover fading graphics, worn grip tape, or regular wear and tear. You must be the original purchaser to be eligible for the warranty.

Vatic Pro reserves the right to examine the existence of a defect for all products. Warranty claims will be accepted at the discretion of Vatic Pro.

Please allow 3-5 business days for warranties to process after receipt in order for us to verify issues.

Shipping Information

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST Monday-Friday will be fulfilled and shipped the SAME DAY.


U.S. Domestic Shipping

We ship priority anywhere in the United States. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and federally observed holidays, plus 1 day for processing. Please contact the mail carrier (USPS) for updates regarding your order status.


International Shipping

Yes, we are happy to accommodate customers outside of the US! However, note that international orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or customs fees. The buyer will be held responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees required. Vatic Pro is not responsible for any country restriction, duty tax, or any other fees collected.

For orders in Australia, we offer domestic shipping via our authorized retailer. Please refer to this link to purchase.

Missing Package?

If your package is marked as delivered but still missing, please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. Also, ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you. If your package still hasn’t turned up in 3 more days, please contact us at support@vaticpro.com

Vatic Pro is not responsible for lost orders due to an incorrect address provided by the customer (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.). Vatic Pro is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders. Please contact the mail carrier with your full name and tracking number.​

Vatic Pro is not responsible for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier, and this includes stolen or missing packages. We are unable to issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
