Im an athletic player with little racket sport experience. I bought this paddle after playing 2-3 times/week for one year. I do think its helping my control esp at the kitchen line

Love it but one suggestion

Loving the paddle but one suggestion that I think your customers will appreciate: ship the great product in a box so it's protected on its way to its destination

My new paddle

I used this paddle once, and it just wasn’t the same as the one I had tried. I emailed this company twice about returning or exchanging it, and they never responded. There isn’t a contact phone number, so there’s no way for me to speak to a person for help. I wouldn’t recommend using this company.

Love it

I really like the 14mm paddle. I ordered the 16mm on Amazon and returned it because the swing weight was too high for me. This one is perfect. Excellent spin and enough power. I really like the 5.25" handle as well. Not too long, not too short.
