vatic pro lost me as a loyal customer

vatic pro said they shipped my paddle out the day after i ordered it. this was a lie. a week later usps said it was never shipped. the support i got from vatic was terrible during the week of emails back and forth. therefore, i canceled my order. it has been over a week since i cancelled my order and i am still waiting a credit. vatic pro has lost me as a customer.

Bloom 14mm FTW

TDLR: I love this paddle, it’s a great upgrade from the Prism Flash.

I’ve got a DUPR of 3.5. I started with the Prism Flash 14mm, which I loved. I added a hesacore and 12gr weight. Played with it about a year until ball response started getting wonky. I assume the core was crushed. After that I bought the 16mm version. Wow! So plush. Great control, highly recommend that paddle for beginners. No weight added, just perfect out of the box. I upgraded to the 14mm Flash Carbon Fiber, looking for a bit more power, but it was too poppy for me. I sold it and went back to my 16mm Prism Flash. Now, I’ve bought the Saga Bloom 14mm, and OMG. It’s just like my beloved Prism Flash 14, but w just enough pop and increased power. I noticed if I didn’t defend some hard drives in the sweet spot, my returns were going out the sidelines. I added 3 gr weight and problem solved. Paddle feels like a steal at this price!
