Unleash your full potential with the Vatic Pro V-SOL Power, a paddle engineered for players who demand explosive power, superior spin, and maximum feel on every shot.

The V-SOL Power’s precision indented EPP foam core is designed to amplify energy transfer, delivering incredible pop and power while providing a familiar feel to traditional honeycomb paddles. The perimeter of the paddle is reinforced with carbon fiber sealed edge foam. This paddle expands the sweet spot, adds stability, and provides a plush, consistent response across the face.

Sol Series - My New Favorites

I recently purchased both the Sol Power and Sol Pro paddles (both hybrid style with short handles). Both are great paddles, but are quite different in their behaviors. For reference, I have used the original Vatic Flash (liked it a lot) then switched to the Saga (which I liked even more). Each time I think that, “I found my new favorite,” Vatic comes out with something better and the Sol series paddles are my NEW favorite.
The Sol Power delivers what the title states: POWER. The paddle feels just a bit top weighted, so your overhead shots and drives have a tremendous force (no weight added like I did for the Saga). The paddle has maneuverability in the hand. The feel of a hit comes across as “dense” or maybe subdued – no vibration at all. I did find it a bit annoying to start when I kept hitting returns out by a foot, but after a few games, I managed to dial that in and started hitting more baseline shots than I had previously produced. If you want to hit hard drives but don’t want or can’t put the arm strength behind your shots, then the Sol Power is your paddle. Also, the paddle has fantastic texture for lots of diving top spin. It shines against players who are slow to get to the kitchen, allowing you to keep driving with modest effort and pin them at the baseline. Overall, it’s a good paddle, but it doesn't “talk back” to me like the Sol Pro when making flicking, quick hands movements (which is something I like in the feel of a paddle, so the Pro has a slight advantage in this area). I was surprised how little feedback I felt when striking a ball at the paddle tip; and even more surprised to look up and see the ball going over the net. I think the Power feels a lot like a Selkirk Luxx or maybe their Invikta lines. My suspicion is the Sol Power even more powerful in the hands of tennis players than I have been able to produce from it. For now, I will probably use the Pro a little more because I like the way it communicates a ball strike to me, but the Power is ready for battle (especially if I have played for 3 or more hours and want to give my arm and back a bit of rest).

V-Sol Power

The Power is exactly what I was looking for. It has good power with a softer feel. The pop at the net is controlled but still crisp. All around a great paddle.

New Foam

Yes. I’ve been playing with it for about a week now and I’m loving it. Good job on the new FOAM. 👍
