V-Sol Tour with Evergrit (16mm) (Includes Paddle Cover)

I have tried a lot of paddles at the $200 below and $400 below. The vatics can hang with any $400 paddle all day long. The new Tour feels amazing and I don't just mean generally holding and swinging. I have a few paddles my family use on the courts at the same time and when the Tours are being used, you can hear them. They sound great, they feel great when contact is made, the swing great, pop is better than most but still in the manageable realm. Sometimes you can have too much pop, this is perfect. Also, my son and I are spin wizards. We spin it all and the tour has increased the consistency of every ball I want to have spin, having spin. If I want to pour on aggressive spin at say a serve or something, this Tour makes short work of it. Time will tell if the grit stays like they say, but so far so good.

The Tour version of my Pro paddle is a great next step in this paddle line. The cost is perfect! It has a much larger sweet spot without adding weight. It has a really nice feel and can still smash the ball long and hard when needed. I loved it so much i bought one for me and my wife!!

I've tried most of the recent sub-$200 "lasting grit" paddles—including the Ultre Power 2 (40 hours), P1 (30 hours), Spitfire (10 hours), and Quanta Pro (10 hours—and thus far the V-SOL has been my favorite of the bunch. It's most comparable to the Power 2, but where my Ultre has a harsh, board-like feel, the V-Sol Tour is nicely snappy but with a subtle plush feeling to it. It's a bit cliche at this point, but I feel like it really nails the "controlled power" feel that a lot of people are looking for. It slots right into the low-to-medium range for power and low pop compared to other power paddles; you aren't going to smoke anyone off the court with this, but it's easy to keep balls in, and it has plenty of put-away power. The Evergrit is frankly kind of insane for a $100 paddle—it feels really similar to Hexgrit, but because the V-Sol Tour is a softer paddle, you really get the sensation that it grabs onto the ball. My only real ding against the paddle is the sweetspot is just average, but weight fixes that.

Time will tell if this runs into any durability issues like cracking around the edges or separating edgeguards that I've dealt with from other foam and "lasting grit" paddles, but this far, this is an easy recommend for the 3.0-4.0 crowd. I also think this is more playable out of the box than the original V-Sol Pro, so I'd feel much more comfortable recommending this to people coming from the Prism who aren't sure whether they'll like foam. I got the Flash standard handle and would definitely buy another one.

I bought the Bloom. Sweet Spot is huge, spin is nuts, power is definitely there and even more with weight. Then it passed for Tier 1 grit. It's the first paddle in this price range to do it. And at $99 after code LAFON it's the absolute best value out there.

What I liked about Vatic paddles is its price point. You don’t have to break the bank to get them and they are great for beginners and intermediate players like me. Though I wish the Evergrit variant would last longer than advertised. Still I’m very satisfied with my V-Sol Tour Hybrid and Saga Bloom Standard.

My third Vatic paddle and I’m obsessed. The Tour has SO MUCH POWER! Took me a day to wrangle the power of this beast. I encourage others I play with to try it, I’ll bet I’ve sold 3 this week and I’m not even an ambassador, just need others to feel its power!

Great control and spin! Grit seems to be holding up well

Firmer and little heavier than my V-Sol Pro with more pop. Similar to my Pro it is easy on my elbow and bicep (which was a problem with other paddles), So far so good, and at a great price.

The paddle was a gift for my brother in law however after receiving the paddle in the mail I immediately thought about keeping it. Face is gritty, weight feels good, extra long handle is ideal. Without hitting a ball I recommend this baby.

Love the new tour paddle, the grit allows more spin on the ball. Overall just an excellent paddle!!!

I bought the elongated and flash shaped. I've went through four prisms, 1 power, and 3 pros before this lol. Vatic is the only brand I bought for pickle.

I loved how both paddles felt initially, but they did lose spin a lot earlier than initially advertised (I see they removed the claim for long lasting spin on the product page). I can't really apply topspin on either paddle the same way anymore. I have to really dial my serve back.

I also really liked the new elongated shape.

Still, major kudos to Vatic for offering a full refund on both lightly used paddles. I will buy more Vatic paddles once they have true long lasting grit. For now, I'm going to explore other brands with proven tier 1 grit...

Great paddle

So I got my paddle waited a bit to play because of how busy after getting it. After getting used to it took like 5 games but I hit my first ATP I got the ball to curve with spin to hit the shot and now it is actually a possible attack

Great additional to the VP lineup. Surface grips and rips. Able to shape the ball more easily. Too early to discuss durability of the Evergrit but out-of-box, it works as well as a friend's Honolulu.

The V-Sol Tour does what it says it will do. The Grit is coming off. I have used my Tour only twice and you can tell by rubbing your fingers across the paddle.But, it still does what it says it will do. I'm a Big Fan of Vatic Pro and I will stick with them because I know they will fix the problems. I'm more than a customer, I'm a Believer!

Superior power with lots of spin to keep the ball in the court.

The paddle provides lots more control than my previous paddle. Able to hit harder drives while keeping them in and much more precision on slices. Loving this paddle after only 3 days of play. Can’t wait to see how it goes once I get used to it!

I love playing with this paddle. No need to add any extra weight just feel right amount of power and control. It’s gritty for spin and I can feel the amount of spin from my shots. It’s well balanced, fast dinning and power drives. The price it just right better than my Selkirk Lux thats more expensive.

Solid paddle…great ball spin, slightly stiff and hollow…low to mid tier power but closer to low power…great looking paddle…I’d definitely recommend it 👍

Excellent paddle! Great balance. Very solid, great twist. Evergrit is great. Been playing 6 days aweek @ 11/2 hr minimum. No noticeable wear. Love the new sweet spot feel. Great feed back from ball. We'll done!

Paddle is phenomenal. Grip and power are both top notch. The paddle has superior spin and the grip feels very comfortable right out of the package.
